Introduction

I led CRM marketing efforts for The Giving Movement's Australian market entry, following their successful establishment in the UAE. Working with a valuable audience of existing UAE customers, I navigated the challenges of warming up a new regional domain while maintaining brand consistency.

My strategic approach introduced existing customers to the Australian presence, ensuring a smooth transition that protected email deliverability while leveraging the brand's established customer relationships during this critical expansion phase.

Launch Strategy


Breaking into the Australian market was like introducing an old friend to a new crowd. We knew our UAE customers were familiar with The Giving Movement, but this was a fresh start.

Our secret weapon? Eye-catching, vibrant image emails that told our story visually, making our sustainable athleisure brand feel instantly familiar. We didn't just rely on emails, though. Our SMS strategy was the perfect wingman - quick, punchy messages that sparked curiosity and got people excited.

By carefully managing how and when we reached out, we made sure our brand felt welcome, not invasive. It was all about building connections, one carefully crafted message at a time.


Shopify Intergration


Leveraging previous experience, I was able to easily integrate Shopify & Klaviyo, which unlocked a suite of benefits. By leveraging Klaviyo's advanced segmentation and Shopify's robust customer data, I developed dynamic email designs that not only look visually appealing but were also dynamically personalized based on each customer's previous shopping behavior.

These templates dynamically adjust to different screen sizes, ensuring optimal readability and engagement. This approach is critical for email deliverability, as responsive designs significantly reduce bounce rates and improve user experience, directly impacting email performance metrics.

By prioritizing responsive design, we saw marked improvements in open rates, click-through rates, and overall email marketing performance, demonstrating the vital connection between technical design precision and effective digital communication strategies.
