Introduction

I led CRM marketing efforts Ouzeus launch. Working with a business owners & cross functional marketing teams to align on a GTM plan. Leverage an existing database to inform customer of our launch

With a limited product range, my strategic approach revolved around an initial launch campaign, followed by a deep dive into each product in their range along with setting up essential e-commerce automations to maximise revenue from day 1.


Launch Campaign


Our primary strategy centered on visual email marketing that showcased our products with sophisticated imagery, effectively communicating the brand identity to new consumers. We complemented this with a carefully crafted SMS campaign that delivered concise, impactful messages to potential customers.

By implementing thoughtful timing and personalisation in our communications, we successfully introduced Ouzeus to the Australian market without overwhelming consumers. This measured approach allowed us to build brand recognition and customer relationships systematically, emphasizing our commitment to quality and craftsmanship in the competitive spirits category.

Leveraging previous experience, I was able to easily integrate Shopify & Klaviyo, which unlocked a suite of benefits. By leveraging Klaviyo's advanced segmentation and Shopify's robust customer data, I developed dynamic email designs that not only look visually appealing but were also dynamically personalized based on each customer's previous shopping behavior.

These templates dynamically adjust to different screen sizes, ensuring optimal readability and engagement. This approach is critical for email deliverability, as responsive designs significantly reduce bounce rates and improve user experience, directly impacting email performance metrics.

By prioritizing responsive design, we saw marked improvements in open rates, click-through rates, and overall email marketing performance, demonstrating the vital connection between technical design precision and effective digital communication strategies.
